Access request

Follow this guide to request and use the ASEAN-Korea HPC Facility in Indonesia.

Access to the AKF-HPC

Access to the ASEAN-Korea HPC Facility in Indonesia is managed through the BRIN ELSA service portal. Before submitting a request, each prospective user must create and activate a BRIN Single Sign-On account, complete their ELSA profile, and register as an AKF user. Once these requirements are complete, you can submit a service request with the required project information and proposal materials for review.

Login or create an ELSA account

Visit the ELSA account page https://elsa.brin.go.id/akun and log in or create an ELSA BRIN SSO account if you do not have one. You can change the language using the navigation menu in the top-right corner, if needed. ELSA Language Switch button

Activate and complete your profile

Check your email inbox and spam folder, then complete the account activation process before continuing. Once your registration is active, complete all required information in the ELSA Profile page > Edit Profile and save your profile.

Register as an AKF user

On the ELSA Profile page, register as an AKF user by clicking the AKF User Registration button AKF User Registration button . Complete the registration form, then select Submit at the end of the form to send your application. For now, uploading an ID card is only supported in image formats such as .jpg, .jpeg, and .png.

Apply for a service

After completing your registration and ELSA profile, you can apply directly through the AKF service page, or select AKF from the ELSA navigation menu.

Complete your application

Provide the required details of your research proposal and add team members where applicable. When all information and supporting materials are complete, select Apply at the end of the page to submit your application.

Review and approval

After submission, you can find the request in Profile > Transaction. The request is reviewed and may be accepted, accepted with restrictions, or rejected.
